Have you ever heard of the placebo effect? Why is is used, even to date? Are our thoughts powerful enough to get us in a healthier state? Today’s topic is one of my favorites as I believe that the key to wellness is within each and every one of us, and although at times, more is required for us to regain our health, our thoughts and words alone can get us feeling healthier (and not only feeling, but being healthier) as well. Every emotion has a representation down to the cellular level and living life immersed in the positive emotions and thoughts makes for a healthy, happy and balanced life.
