I am so tired…In fact, if I had no children, I wouldn’t even get out of bed. Have you ever felt that way? well, among other symptoms, fatigue and lack of energy are the most common symptoms of vitamin D deficiency, and the treatment could be something as simple as getting more sunlight, or taking supplementation.
